There is not a lot to say about homemade Cranberry Sauce except that it is delicious. It is unbelievable how easy that it is to make. You just add water and sugar add the Cranberries and let it cook until the Cranberries began to burst, and the sauce thickens.
It’s just that simple, and you can jazz it up by substituting the water with Orange or Cranberry juice or use half water and half juice like I did in my recipe. You can also us a spice of your choice and add a little vanilla extract and Lemon or Orange Zest. If you use 2 bags of Cranberries, then double the recipe, in my video I only used 1 bag of Cranberries, so adjust accordingly. I used to buy the Jelled Cranberry Sauce in the can, which is still very good, but since I have been making homemade Cranberry Sauce, I do not by the canned sauce anymore.
My family and friends prefer the homemade recipe. So, try making this for your family and let me know what you think by leaving a comment, this is the holiday season and this recipe is perfect to grace any table. Enjoy!
