CHEESEY CHICKEN EMPANADAS
INGREDIENTS
3 Chicken Breast Halves (Cooked & Shredded)
Goya Empanada Dough Discos
1 Egg and 1 Tablespoon of water for brushing on empanadas
1/2 Cup Enchilada Sauce
1-4 ounce Can of Green Chiles
3/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese
3/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 Kosher Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Preheat Oven 375F degrees
Cook Chicken Breast and Shred
In large bowl mix, chicken, green chiles, enchilada sauce, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, until well combined.
Spoon mixture about a tablespoon in each disco of empanada dough and pinch together until sealed and take a fork and make fork prints like in the video.
Bake for 25 minutes at 375F degrees. Enjoy!
