CHICKEN SALAD DEVILED EGGS
INGREDIENTS
1-12.5 OZ Can of Chunk Chicken Breast (drained)
8 Boiled Eggs (slice in half and place yolks in bowl)
1/4 Teaspoon Celery Salt
1 Teaspoon Paprika (add more to sprinkle on top for garnish)
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Yellow Mustard
About 1/2 Cup Mayo
2 Tablespoons (chopped) Sweet Pickles
2 Tablespoons sliced Green Onions
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Sugar
DIRECTIONS
Boil Eggs, peel and slice eggs in half removing yolk, place in bowl and set aside. Open the can of chicken and place in bowl with the egg yolks and break yolks, and chicken into smaller pieces.
Next add onion and garlic powder, mustard, mayo and pickles, and sugar, and paprika, mixing well to combine, taste then add salt and pepper to taste. Mix in about a tablespoon of the green onions.
