HAMBURGER DELIGHT

INGREDIENTS

MEAT MIXTURE

2 Pounds Ground Beef

1 Box Lipton Onion Soup (2 envelopes)

3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tablespoon Onion Powder

1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder

2 Eggs (beaten)

1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs

Salt & Black Pepper to taste

TOPPING

2 Boxes of Stove Top Stuffing (cornbread)

1 Package of Already Prepared Mashed Potatoes (add butter once prepared)

2 Jars Heinz Homestyle Gravy (beef)

DIRECTIONS

PREHEAT OVER TO 350F Degrees

Mix together all ingredients for meat mixture and bake for 30 minutes, prepare stuffing mix and mashed potatoes. Spread mashed potatoes on meat, then spread stuffing on top of mashed potatoes. Return to oven and bake for 15-20 until heated through. Heat Gravy and when casserole is out of the oven, cut in squares or dip with a large spoon, pour gravy over top and serve. Enjoy!
