PARMESAN CRUSTED CHICKEN BREAST
INGREDIENTS
4 Chicken Breast Halves
2 Cups of Panko Breadcrumbs
2 Cups of All-Purpose Flour
1 1/2 Cups of Grated Parmesan Cheese
Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons of Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Black Pepper
2 Tablespoons of Kosher Salt
1 Tablespoon Butter
3 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Milk
2 Tablespoons of fresh Parsley
DIRECTIONS
Preheat Oven to 300F Degrees
Pound Chicken Breast to Flatten
Get 3 containers for dipping Chicken
Container 1, Add Flour, Garlic powder, Salt & Pepper, mix to combine
Container 2, 3 Eggs, 2 Tablespoon of Milk, beat to blend well
Container 3, Add Breadcrumbs and Parmesan Cheese, mix to combine
Dip Chicken Breast in Flour, then Egg, then Breadcrumbs to coat
In Large Skillet, heat about 1/2 cup of Olive Oil and 1 Tablespoon Butter, when hot add chicken and cook until lightly brown about 3 minutes on each side. Remove and place on a baking sheet and bake at 300F degrees for 20-25 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
