1 1/2 STICKS BUTTER (melted)

1 TEASPOON NUTMEG

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, mix peaches, lemon juice, vanilla flavoring, nutmeg, cinnamon, corn starch, brown and white sugar, mix well to combine all ingredients.

In another bowl, mix baking mix, milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon.  Then melt butter in microwave dish and pour about a ¼ cup of the melted butter into a casserole dish and mix the rest of the butter with the baking mix batter.

Finally pour the batter into the casserole dish using a spoon to swirl the batter with the butter in the dish. Next top with the peaches, and bake uncovered at 375F degrees for about 45 minutes.  Serve with your favorite ice cream.

I doubled this recipe; the video only shows the cobbler being made with only half of the above ingredients.  The cobbler in the video was not that much for the size casserole dish I used so I doubled the recipe.
