PUFFY TACOS



INGREDIENTS FOR TORTILLAS

2 Cups of MASECA Corn Flour

1 1/2 Cups of Water

1/2 Teaspoons of Salt


DIRECTIONS

Mix, flour, salt, and water together to form ball. Divide into smaller pieces and roll into smaller balls of dough about 12 or 16 balls, let set for about 5 minutes. Cut a zip lock bag down the sides and place in Tortilla press like shown in the video. Place a dough ball into Tortilla Press and press until tortilla is flat, remove and place on a plate using paper sheets or parchment paper to divide tortillas, fry in hot oil using a Spatula to make a dent in the middle of each shell. (watch video) remove and drain on rack and paper towels. Fill and Enjoy.


TACO FILLING

1 1/2 Pounds of Ground Beef

1 Teaspoon Onion Powder

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

1 Pack of Taco Seasoning

1/4 Cup of water


DIRECTIONS

Brown Ground Beef, drain and add onion powder, garlic powder, taco seasoning and black pepper, then add water and simmer for about 15 minutes. Fill each Puffy Shell with the toppings of your choice or, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, taco sauce or salsa, and sour cream. Enjoy!
