PUMPKIN PIE
INGREDIENTS
2 Pillsbury Pie Crust
1 29 oz Can of Libby’s Pure Pumpkin
3 Eggs
1 Cup of White Sugar
1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
1/2 Stick Butter (melted and cooled)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 12 ounce Can Carnation Evaporated Milk
1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream
1 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
1/8 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
1 Container Cool Whip or your favorite whip cream
DIRECTIONS
PREHEAT OVEN TO 425F DEGREES BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES
THEN REDUCE HEAT TO 350 BAKE FOR 40-45 MINUTES
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER EXCEPT WHIP CREAM
PUT IN PIE SHELLS
BAKE AT 425F DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES
DROP TEMP TO 350F DEGREES AND BAKE FOR 40-45 MINUTES
