1 Pound of Thin Sliced Ribeye Steak (Shaved)
1/4 Cup of Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup of Rice Wine (Miran)
3 Cups of Cooked Rice
1 1/2 Cups of Peas & Carrots
1 Teaspoon Turmeric
1/2 Teaspoon of Ginger
1 Small Onion Finely Chopped
3 Large Cloves of Garlic (Pressed or Minced)
2 Eggs
1 Pack of Fried Rice Seasoning
Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Teaspoon Better than Boullion Beef Base & 1 Cup Water
