RIGATONI & MEAT SAUCE



INGREDIENTS

2 Pounds Ground Beef

1 Pound Box of Small Rigatoni


MAKE THE SAUCE

1 28oz Can Tomato Puree

1 28oz Can Crushed Tomatoes

2 Packs McCormick Thick & Zesty Spaghetti Seasoning

1 Medium Red Onion Chopped

1 Green Bell Pepper Chopped

6 Cloves of Fresh Garlic Chopped or Pressed

2 Teaspoons Kosher Salt

Black Pepper to taste

1 Tablespoon of Italian Seasoning

3 Tablespoons Sugar

1 8oz Pack Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 8oz Pack Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese for the sauce.

More Parmesan to sprinkle on top when panning Rigatoni.
